Time is Money.....

I m tired....so tired that i dont even want to bat my eyelids....

Life's come to a standstill and interestingly a huge amount of money is being payed for me bieng in this state. this tiredness is not a result of tooo much work, neither of a rigorous physicall activity, its just being in the UAT phase of my project.

I recently delivered to my Client, the solution to an issue. With much digging-into the existing system I found that the resolution was already implemented, and its just that they didnt know about it. So I spend a lot of time gathering requirement, cheking out variuos sites etc etc basically projected an image of myself to be really busy in building the solution. But all this while, I was just whiling my time.

I was assigned this weird project where timelines were long, and work was short......when I started it looked really nice and felt good too....There were times when I was dying to get my hands dirty with work, a misunderstood requirement, a chasing up with client about the output data...but not, I was not destined for any of the above in this project. The requirement gathering phase was like a Jelly.....the Development phase was smooth as an ice-cream, Unit testing like juicy orange, and this UAT phase as quite as an abandoned mansion :o(

What I would give to get the husle bustle back in my life.....

But to my dismay, there no other suitable project for my hot & in-damnd skillset ;o)

And the next few hours I will impatiently wait for my client to get back to me with the Sign-off of the UAT testing, without a single flaw in my development.

I wonder if I need to be prod of the solution provided or feel disgusted about making a fool of myself.....
